How can our association find medical and dental insurance for staff in other countries?

You probably take your hospital, surgical, medical, dental and life insurance for granted.  It’s either provided by your organization, or by the government, depending on which country you live in.  But if you have staff in other countries, hospital, surgical, medical, dental and life insurance may not be available them.

You have several options, but at a minimum, it is critical that you ensure coverage while you sort out those options.  As much as an accident or illness is (hopefully) rare, “Murphy’s Law” means that it is likely to occur when you can least afford it.
