STEVENS & STEVENS, LLC may be referenced herein as “STEVENS & STEVENS,” “we,” “us,” and “our.” References to “you” or “your” means the individual web user navigating the STEVENS & STEVENS, LLC websites including STEVENS-STEVENS.COM and BESTASSOCIATION.COM.
The Information STEVENS & STEVENS, LLC Collects
STEVENS & STEVENS receive information that you directly provide to us, including personal information or personal data (hereinafter “personal information”), which is provided by you when you register for services including the Best Association Index. This information includes data that is passively or automatically collected from you, including information about your browser or computing device.
In conjunction with offering our Services, STEVENS & STEVENS will collect information from you such as, your first name, last name, full name, job title, company name, mailing address, city, state, zip code, country, work phone number, home phone number, email address. This information, including personal information collected from you as part of the registration process, is required for us to provide the survey and reporting to you and help us to determine if you are a legtimate organization, not a hacker or spammer. When you supply the information, you opt-in to receiving informative communication from us, and you may withdraw your consent to such communication at any time by contacting us. The information you provide in registering is kept and stored by us until you contact us with instructions to update or delete this information, which you may choose to do at any time. Once we have received your instruction to delete your personal data, however, we will no longer be able to provide services to you.
If at any point fees and payments are needed via a credit card processor, they require you to provide certain personal information to us or our credit card processor that is necessary for purposes of completing the applicable credit card transaction.
We use Google Analytics and Advertising Features via the Google Analytics tracking code, which uses automated means to collect information about your internet browser type, computer device, network, internet protocol address (“IP address”), the name of your internet service provider, and domains used by such provider, location information, device identifiers, device settings, web pages visited on our websites, web history, content and advertisements you have accessed, viewed, or clicked on. You may opt-out of the Google Analytics Advertising Features we use by accessing the Google Ads Settings, Ad Settings for mobile apps, or any other available means (for example, the NAI’s consumer opt-out). Google Analytics’ also offers a plug-in for opting out web browsers.
Our Use of the Information it Collects
We maintain a data base of your registration, any survey information collected and the personal information associated with it. We may also share your personal information with an email service for the limited purpose of contacting you with communications regarding updates or new offerings. You may withdraw your consent for these services at any time by contacting us. We do not sell, rent or lease your personal information to any third parties.

Right of Access
Right to Rectification

You have the right to obtain a restriction of processing from us where one of the following applies: (a) you contest the accuracy of the personal data, for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of your personal data; (b) the processing is unlawful and you oppose to the erasure of your personal data and requests a restriction on its use instead; (c) we no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of process, but is required by you for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims or (d) You have objected to the processing, pending the verification of whether there are legitimate grounds of STEVENS & STEVENS, LLC that override yours.
Right to Data Portability
You have the right to receive personal data concerning yourself, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format and you have the right to transmit that data to another controller without hindrance from us where the processing is based on your consent or pursuant to contract and the processing is carried out by automated means.
